What is Everybody Networks Here?

👋 Hey, I’m Martijn Koekkoek. Founder of Everybody Networks Here (ENH) — the international networking platform built for people who refuse to settle for boring events and surface-level connections.

We organize and host international networking events and workshops in mainly Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, France and UK… and online. In 2026 we’re moving beyond these places and we’ll soon also launch events in Switzerland and Spain.

After years in marketing, sales, and leadership roles across Europe, plus hosting 40+ international events in one year, I realized something:

Networking isn’t the problem. How we do it is the problem. Most people are never taught how to network. Many feel awkward, overlooked, or “not the type.” And far too often, networking is designed for the confident few — not the majority.

But networking shouldn’t be a privilege. Networking should be for everyone. Everyone deserves access. Everyone deserves the right connections. Everyone deserves opportunities — no matter their personality, culture, background, or starting point. So I decided to change this.

One event. One workshop. One conversation at a time.

I built Everybody Networks Here.

We make networking simple, structured, and human. No awkward moments. No pressure. No guesswork. We design the room, guide the flow, and create activities that make connecting natural — for everyone.
